In der Reihe: “Unsere Lieferanten” stellen die Weinstuben im Bürgerspital einige Lieferanten vor. In diesem Film geht es um unseren Hof.

Immer wieder werden wir angesprochen, woher unsere Produkte und natürlich auch unser Fleisch kommt. Daher haben wir uns entschlossen, Sie zu unseren Lieferanten mitzunehmen und Ihnen diese und deren Arbeit kurz vorzustellen. Dabei ergeben Sie interessante Einblicke, aber wir möchten Ihnen auch unsere Qualitätsansprüche verdeutlichen! In der ersten Folge nehmen wir euch mit zu unserer Metzgerei und besuchen den Bauernhof, von dem unser Fleisch kommt. Am Ende der Folge bereitet Küchenchef Alexander Wiesenegg ein fränkisches Dry-Aged-Tomahawk-Steak zu und zeigt wie es im Bürgerspital an den Tisch kommt. Lecker!
